Arizona & Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker
M.A., The University of Chicago
I believe that therapy should feel like a deep exhale. A space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel truly seen.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Sunbeam Therapy, my work is deeply rooted in my background as a Chicago school social worker and non-profit advocate. Throughout my career, I’ve walked alongside children, teens, and families as they navigate life's everyday challenges and strive for personal success. This journey shaped my therapeutic philosophy: to meet you exactly where you are with warmth, flexibility, and a deep respect for your unique story.
I specialize in working with individuals who have ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and specific learning disabilities, while also providing parent coaching and family support. My approach is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in real-world strategies that actually fit into daily life.
My goal is to create a space that feels natural and comfortable—not clinical or intimidating. I believe healing happens through authentic connection, and I strive to build a relationship where you feel safe enough to be yourself, explore what’s hard, and move toward what matters most to you.
Whether we’re working on emotional regulation, executive functioning skills, relationships, or simply making sense of what you’re going through, I will be your advocate and meet you where you are. You don’t have to have it all figured out—that’s what this space is for! Together we'll work to clear the clouds so your light can shine!
I proudly support clients via virtual therapy in Illinois, as well as offer hybrid (in-person & virtual) therapy in Arizona.
I believe therapy is a collaborative space where you don’t have to carry the weight of everything alone. It’s a place to unpack the heavy stuff, ground yourself, and build practical tools that actually work for your life.
As a licensed professional counselor, my work is rooted in a holistic approach that honors the deep connection between the mind and the body. Throughout my career, I have worked across schools, private practice, and intensive in-home settings. These diverse spaces have taught me that healing is never one-size-fits-all. While I am deeply trained in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and executive functioning skill-building, I firmly believe that the therapy must adjust to the person—never the other way around.
When working with children, I naturally weave in play and art therapy. This creates a soft, expressive space where they can feel safe, let their guards down, and process big emotions while we work toward their goals.
I have a deep passion for supporting kids, families, young adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to create an environment that feels natural, inclusive, and entirely free of judgment. I view therapy not as a clinical checklist, but as a collaborative partnership built on authentic connection.
Whether we are exploring the mind-body connection, navigating family dynamics, or tailoring strategies to fit your unique daily life, I am here to meet you exactly where you are. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you sit down with me—that is exactly what this space is for!
*I proudly support clients via a hybrid model of in-home, in-community, and virtual sessions in Illinois.
